Ingredients for 4 people
for the dressing
- 1.5 lime (juice)
- 1.5 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tsp fish sauce (or soy sauce)
- 1 Tsp rice vinegar
- pinch of salt
whisk all ingredients together.
- 1 organic cucumber
- 1 fresh mango, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot
- 1 spring onion thinly sliced (only the green part)
- 1 red chili
- 8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- black sesame seeds
cut the cucumber and the carrot using GEFU, add mango, onions, chili and sesame seeds and gently mix into the dressing.
